Since April 8, 2022, we have implemented a loyalty card. Here are some additional explanations about how it works. 

Our loyalty card works like a kind of electronic wallet. You earn points by performing certain actions and spend points to get discount vouchers.

1. Create a customer account

You must create a customer account to accumulate and spend your points; as well as to obtain discount vouchers. This account is necessary to identify you and to prevent someone else from spending your points. 

The customer account is the same for the website and the loyalty card. 

Note: Having previously purchased on the site does not necessarily mean you have a customer account. We allow purchases without a customer account. Once your customer account is created, all your previous purchases made with the email of your customer account will be automatically added to it. Only purchases made from 04/08/2022 will generate loyalty points. 

 

Here are the steps to create a customer account

1. Click on the loyalty card

 

 

2. A banner appears. Then click on "I create a customer account"

 

 

3. Fill out the registration form and click on "I create my customer account"

 

4. That's it! You are then automatically logged into the site with your customer account. You will receive an email from us confirming the creation of your customer account.

 

2. How to earn points

 

Information: You can also earn loyalty points in our physical store.
  • by purchasing on our website or in-store, you earn 5 points per € spent (excluding taxes). For example, if you spend €10 excluding taxes, you will receive 50 loyalty points.

    You do not need to perform any prior action to earn these points. You can earn them even if you do not yet have an active customer account. They will be automatically credited to you as soon as your customer account is created.  

  • by performing certain actions. To earn these points, you must have an active customer account and be logged in. 
    • Like our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/cestdujoly.be 
    • Follow our Instagram page: www.instagram.com/cestdujoly.be 

      1. Log in to your customer account
      2. Click on "how to earn points
      3. Click the "Follow" or "like" button. The loyalty system will confirm that you have completed the action and will then automatically award you 50 points per action. If you have not yet followed or liked our page, you can do so in the window that opens. 
      4. You will receive an email from us confirming your points


  • By celebrating your birthday. You will receive 200 points every year on your birthday. However, you must have registered at least 1 month before your birthday to benefit the first time. 

    1. Log in to your customer account
    2. Click on "how to earn points"
    3. Click on 'celebrate a birthday".

    4. Enter your birthday and click on "save the date"

    5. You will receive 200 points every year on your birthday.

3. How to use your points

 Important: You can only use one coupon per purchase. So you cannot combine a 10% discount voucher and a free shipping voucher at the same time. If you have a gift card, you can use it together with a voucher.

The most important thing is still to use your points 😇 We offer you 3 ways to use them.

  • Get a discount voucher in €. For 100 points, you can get a 1€ discount.

    1. Log in to your customer account
    2. Click on "how to redeem points"

    3. Click on the "redeem" button next to "discount voucher in €"

    4. Choose the number of points you want to convert into €.
    5. You then get a discount voucher. You can copy it or simply click on "apply the code". This way it will be applied directly to your cart. You will also receive an email with the coupon code. 
     

 

  • Get a 10% discount voucher. For 1000 points, you can get a 10% discount voucher.

    1. Log in to your customer account
    2. Click on "how to redeem points"

    3. Click on the "redeem" button next to "10% voucher"

    4. Click on "redeem"

    5. You then get a discount voucher. You can copy it or simply click on "apply the code". This way it will be applied directly to your cart. You will also receive an email with the coupon code.
