Our loyalty card works like an electronic wallet: you earn points by completing certain actions, and spend them to get discount vouchers.

Your loyalty card is unique. The same account works on our website and in our physical stores (Ixelles and Woluwe-Saint-Lambert). You earn and spend your points interchangeably online or in-store.

1. Log in to your account

An account is required to accumulate points, spend them, and get your discount vouchers. It identifies you and prevents others from using your points.

We use Shopify customer accounts without passwords. Here’s how to log in:

1. Click on the account / loyalty card icon, then on “Log in.”

2. Enter your email address.

3. You receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code on the site to complete the login.

4. You’re logged in — no password needed. If this is the first time you use this email address, your account is created automatically.

Your session remains active for several months on the same device/browser: you won’t need to request a code at every visit.

2. How to earn points

  • By purchasing on our website or in-store: you earn 5 points per € spent (excluding tax). Example: a €10 purchase excluding tax earns you 50 points.

    No prior action is necessary: your points are automatically credited to the account associated with the email address used during purchase, as soon as you log in with that same address.

  • By performing certain actions (you must be logged into your customer account):
    Procedure:
    1. Log in to your customer account.
    2. Click "How to earn points."
    3. Click the "Follow" or "Like" button. The system confirms the action and automatically credits 50 points. If you haven’t followed or liked our page yet, you can do so in the window that opens.
    4. You receive a confirmation email.


  • By celebrating your birthday: 200 points awarded each year. To benefit the first time, you must have registered at least 1 month before your birthday.

    Procedure:
    1. Log in to your customer account.
    2. Click "How to earn points."
    3. Click "Celebrate a birthday."

    4. Enter your birthday and click "Save date."

    5. You will receive 200 points each year on your birthday.

3. How to use your points

Note
Only one coupon per order: you cannot combine the €5 voucher with the 10% voucher. However, a gift card can be used alongside a voucher.
The €5 discount voucher is only applicable for orders of €30 or more.
  • €5 Discount Voucher — 500 points (1 voucher per order, minimum €30 order)

    1. Log in to your customer account.
    2. Click "How to redeem points."

    3. Click the "Redeem" button next to "€5 Discount."

    4. Confirm the redemption.

    5. You receive a coupon code: copy it, or click "Apply code" to have it added directly to your cart. The code is also sent to you by email.


  • 10% Discount Voucher — 1,000 points (1 voucher per order)

    1. Log in to your customer account.
    2. Click "How to redeem points."

    3. Click the "Redeem" button next to "10% Voucher."

    4. Click "Redeem."

    5. You receive a coupon code: copy it, or click "Apply code." The code is also sent to you by email.
