Would you like to repair your clothes? Give them a second life so you can wear them again?
Not always sure how to go about it?
We offer to teach you how to repair your clothes discreetly and subtly using beautiful methods and finishes, so you'll be proud to wear your repaired garment without anyone ever suspecting a thing!

The prerequisite for this course is knowing how to use a sewing machine and not being afraid of hand sewing.

During this 2.5-hour course session, you will learn:

  • the different types of invisible repairs in sewing (no embroidery)
  • the methods used for machine sewing
  • key points to ensure the repair is sturdy and invisible
  • the finishes

Together, we will either work on tests using calico so you can learn different methods, or you can bring a woven garment such as jeans (no jersey/knits)

 The course includes:

  • 2.5 hours of sewing guided by an experienced teacher in upcycling and repair
  • sewing on high-quality Janome Sewist 780 electronic machines
  • access to basic equipment: scissors, pins, thread…
  • materials needed for the test (interfacing and 1 spool of thread in the right color)
  • smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone

Our courses take place in our workshop at:
Either in Ixelles: Avenue de la couronne, 357 1050 Ixelles
Or in Woluwe Saint Lambert: Avenue Georges Henri, 328 1200 Woluwe Saint Lambert
