Shipping costs
Shipping costs are determined by the order value, the delivery country and the selected delivery method.
For orders containing at least €59 of physical products to be shipped, a €5 discount is applied to the shipping costs.
When the shipping cost is €5 or less, this discount makes delivery free. When the shipping cost exceeds €5, the customer pays only the difference.
Important: the €59 threshold is calculated only on physical products that must be shipped. Courses, workshops, course cards and PDF patterns are not included when calculating eligibility for the shipping discount.

The rates above include taxes. Specific conditions may apply to deliveries to certain islands, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, French overseas departments and territories, or other special areas.
Preparation and delivery
Orders are delivered to the address or pickup point selected by the customer when completing the order.
When pickup-point delivery is selected but no pickup point is chosen, the parcel is generally sent to the nearest available pickup point to the address provided.
Parcels are dispatched on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Your order will generally reach you within the week.
