Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount, the delivery country and the selected delivery method.
From €59 worth of shipped physical products, a €5 discount is applied to the shipping costs.
When the shipping cost is €5 or less, this discount makes delivery free. When the shipping cost is more than €5, the customer only pays the difference.
Important: the €59 threshold is calculated solely on physical products requiring shipping. Courses, workshops, class cards and PDF patterns are not taken into account for the shipping discount.

The rates above are shown inclusive of tax. For deliveries to certain islands, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, French overseas territories (DOM/TOM) or specific areas, particular conditions may apply.
Order Preparation and Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address or pickup point selected by the customer at checkout.
When pickup-point delivery is chosen and no pickup point is selected, the parcel is generally sent to the nearest available pickup point to the address provided.
Parcels are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Your order is generally in your hands within a week.
