Sewing – My tied jersey dress

Looking for a timeless dress that is easy to sew and flatters all body types?
Look no further! We've got just the thing for you! 
It's a side-knot jersey dress that you can wear for special occasions as well as for everyday life! 

The Pattern is available from size XXS to 6XL (81 to 152cm bust measurement) in a long version (with a slit) or a short version. 

You can sew it with an overlocker and/or a sewing machine depending on your preferences and/or skill level. 
You will learn how to assemble the dress, create the side knot, and achieve beautiful finishes on jersey fabric, especially the hems. 

The course includes:

• 2 x 3 hours of guided sewing with an experienced teacher
• Sewing on high-quality electronic Janome Sewist 780 sewing machines and Juki Kirei overlockers
• Provision of basic supplies: scissors, pins, thread…
  
• Smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone

For the first lesson, we ask you to have prepared the Pattern that will be sent to you the week before the workshop (for printing and size selection) and to have washed and ironed your jersey fabric.
We will start the workshop by cutting out the fabric pieces. 

Fabric requirements:
Size XXS to S: short version: 1.6m - long version: 2m
Size M and L: short version: 1.8m - long version: 2.3m
Size XL: short version: 2.2m - long version: 2.5m
Size 2 and 3XL: short version: 2.2m - long version: 3m
Size > 3XL: short version: 2.9m - long version: 3.9m

Our courses take place in our workshop at: 
Either in Ixelles: Avenue de la Couronne 357, 1050 Ixelles
Or in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: Avenue Georges Henri 328, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert
