Have you always dreamed of embroidering your creations or customizing your clothes… but never dared to start? Then the embroidery initiation course is made for you!

You will learn to make your first embroidery stitches, allowing you to create endlessly.

No prior knowledge is required for this course; we start with the basics so that you develop the right habits and methods from the very beginning of your embroidery journey. This course is accessible to teenagers from 12 years old

During these 2 sessions of 3 hours each, you will learn:

  • what materials are used in embroidery (threads, needle, fabric...)
  • the basic linear stitches with the needle
  • to embroider your first design using different basic stitches

We will complete a full project together that you will take home with you. 

The course includes:

  • 2 x 3-hour embroidery sessions guided by an experienced teacher
  • the provision of workshop materials  
  • the thread needed to complete your project
  • smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
  • unlimited drinks offered

Our courses are held in our workshop at: 
Either in Ixelles:  Avenue de la Couronne, 357 1050 Ixelles
Or in Woluwe Saint Lambert: Avenue Georges Henri, 328 1200 Woluwe Saint Lambert

Getting to the Ixelles workshop by public transport:

  • Bus 95 (Thys stop) - less than 1 minute walk
  • Bus 71 (Ixelles cemetery stop) - 5 minutes walk
  • Tram 7 or 25 (Etterbeek station stop) - 5 minutes walk
  • Train (Etterbeek station) - 5 minutes walk
  • Tram 8 (ULB stop) - 15 minutes on foot or connection with Bus 71 to Ixelles cemetery
  • Metro 5 (Delta stop) - 15 minutes on foot or connection with Bus 71 to Ixelles cemetery

Getting to the Woluwe workshop by public transport:

  • Tram 7 or 25 (George Henri stop) - 4 minutes on foot
  • Metro 1 (Joséphine Charlotte stop) - 9 minutes on foot
  • Metro 1 (Montgomery stop) - 9 minutes on foot
  • Metro 1 or 5 (Mérode stop) - 12 minutes on foot
  • Train (Mérode stop) - 12 minutes on foot
  • Train (Etterbeek station) then take the connection with tram 7 towards Heyzel or tram 25 towards Roger until George Henri stop - 4 minutes on foot
  • Train (Central Station) then take the connection with metro 1 towards Stockel until Joséphine Charlotte stop - 9 minutes on foot
