For the two-year anniversary of C'est du Joly! we decided to really make a splash and present you our two babies! Are you ready?
We present to you the first one (which really took 9 months to arrive): our physical store which will officially open its doors this Saturday 4/30 for an opening weekend! We will welcome you on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.!
The address is: 357 avenue de la Couronne in Ixelles (Brussels), Belgium, in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Brussels.
It will be an opportunity to share our passion for sewing and Do It Yourself as well as to visit our store into which we have put all our heart! We made sure it reflects us and I think you won’t be disappointed!
I must thank here the great team of friends who helped and supported us in this crazy project! Everyone participated with a smile, kindness, and a lot of heart, and it feels good to be so well surrounded!
Some will still be there Saturday and Sunday ready to welcome you and serve a little welcome drink. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, friends!
During the opening weekend and until Saturday 5/8, for any purchase in the physical store, you will receive a raffle ticket 😊 to win one of the many prizes up for grabs!
Our suppliers have spoiled us like Iam Patterns, Bonjour Gisèle, Ateliers des premières and we have also planned prizes for the winners!
Our second baby is our workshop with registration opening this Monday 4/25 for our sewing courses but also embroidery!
Yes, you read that right, C'est du Joly is also launching embroidery courses and I’m very proud to collaborate with Clémence, who is a certified art embroiderer after 4 years of study and specializes in gold embroidery! That alone... it makes me dream, everything she does!
Clémence has her brand Sanguine création which you can find on Instagram... feel free to take a look... this girl has gold in her hands (and that’s no exaggeration!). Don’t hesitate to sign up now for these beginner courses, as well as customization which is her passion!
Join me for sewing courses with different programs tailored to various skill levels.
For absolute beginners, there is the "sewing discovery" course which helps those who want to start sewing get familiar with the sewing machine and complete their first sewing projects.
We will also have the course to learn how to sew your first clothes for sewing beginners who want to start making garments.
Finally, there are open workshops that allow both beginners and more experienced people to learn new techniques, work with new materials, ...
Each workshop, whether embroidery or sewing, is designed to bring joy, creativity, and kindness to everyone... because it's important to us that everyone feels good when they come to our lovely workshop!
