Alma blouse from Cozy Little World - size 34 to 52

Alma is a wrap blouse tied at the waist, very easy to wear daily or for an occasion. 6 sleeve options are offered to create blouses with very varied styles:

• Variation A : very airy butterfly sleeve, kimono style.
• Variation B : long sleeve with gathered head, gathered at the wrist with elastic for a “ruffled” effect
• Variation C: short sleeve with gathered head
• Variation D: short puffed sleeve with gathered head, tightened at the biceps with elastic for a “ruffled” effect
• Variation E: short puffed sleeve with gathered head, with buttoned sleeve cuff
• Variation F: puffed sleeve with gathered head, with unbuttoned sleeve cuff, 3/4 length

RECOMMENDED FABRIC

A “warp and weft” fabric (= non-stretch) of lightweight weight: viscose crepe, silk crepe, Tencel, lightweight cotton (broderie anglaise, cotton voile, embroidered cotton, chambray), silk muslin (to play with transparency). Note that the stiffer your fabric, the more voluminous the gathered sleeve head will be. Conversely, a fluid fabric will highlight the butterfly sleeves of variation A.
