After sharing with you the top 20 of your favorite patterns in digital / PDF format, it was time to do the best of the 20 most popular printed patterns in 2025.
For my part, sewing a printed pattern or a PDF pattern no longer really matters, I adapt quite well to both formats. Nevertheless, I know that for you it’s not necessarily the same; some prefer printed versions, others digital versions.
Everyone has their preferences!
By the way, it’s quite funny to notice that you don’t choose the same patterns at all in digital and printed versions, even when both versions exist!
So, do you have an idea of the patterns you preferred in printed format during 2025?
I had clearly identified some because they are your favorites and often also the workshop’s favorites 😉. However, there are others that surprise me more to see in the top 20.
Are you ready to discover them?
So, let’s start with the favorite!
1. The Alix dress by Cha Coud
No surprise, the Alix dress by Cha Coud was your favorite printed pattern in 2025.
It must be said that this model is quite charming! I certainly won’t be the last to say it, since I sewed my version a few weeks ago. By the way, we decided to offer a workshop dedicated to this dress which is truly a little gem. It is really very elegant and I love it a lot!
Alix is a beautiful feminine dress, long and fitted at the bust thanks to a defined belt, with a lovely full skirt. It’s a very clever design because it looks like a wrap dress with a surplice neckline, while also featuring a slit (opened very high) closed by a button placket on the side of the skirt; which is not possible in classic wrap dresses.
Moreover, it is quite easy to modify:
- by removing the ruffles for those who would like an off-shoulder version
- by shortening it for a top or shorter dress version
- by closing the slit more, in which case just add a few buttons
Alix is available in sizes 34 to 52 in printed or PDF format on our website or directly in store.

2. The Rabat vest from Ikatee
Here too, I am not at all surprised that Rabat has won your heart!
This little sleeveless vest, with its different options, has really been sewn many times, both in the workshop and by our customers in-store.
It must be said that Rabat is truly a wardrobe staple, and we really like that it is a multi-option pattern, allowing it to be reused many times: with pocket, without pocket, with a button placket, a tie…
The options are numerous but always nice to wear.
Rabat is available on our website and in-store from size 32 to 52.
It is fully lined, and you have the choice:
- 2 lengths: short (waist), long (mid-hip)
- 3 closures: edge-to-edge (no overlap), buttoned (overlapped over a buttoning height), crossed (overlapped over a double buttoning height)
- 3 necklines: round collar, V-neck, high collar.
Different types of closures: buttons, snaps, tie, frog fastener(s), loop(s) and button(s), webbing, zipper.
- Optional pockets taken in the cut (long version only).
- Belt and belt loops option for the long version.
So, let's go discover Rabat here and all the beautiful Ikatee patterns here.

3. The Violette blouse from Maison Fauve
Who am I not to approve this choice 😂! Indeed, Violette is a staple in my wardrobe. I think I have seven of them. You know the nursery rhyme, right?
This is a blouse I made in cotton poplin, double gauze, embroidery...
It is very comfortable, and I like that the sleeves are three-quarter length, which is really practical when working in a shop.
One of my favorite features of this pattern is being able to add a little flair with piping on the back and pretty buttons to open the yoke. It is one of the first models created by Maison Fauve and remains one of their bestsellers, and we know why!Violette is a blouse with a box pleat at the back and a 3-button placket. Its line is fitted but not tight. It features bust darts, and the round neckline is slightly low. At the back, the yoke can be highlighted by a pretty piping.
The Violette Pattern is available from size 34 to 56.

4. The Albane blouse and dress from Clématisse pattern
This model, if you want to be at the height of fashion, go for it!
Indeed, Albane is really a top-trend model and my students have sewn many of them. Plus, what’s really great about Albane is that the assembly includes very interesting technical stitches to learn, especially for creating a front button placket. The assembly of the ruffles and cuffs is quite innovative and fun to do. It’s truly a model I can only recommend.
The Albane pattern also stands out with its ruffled collar that runs along the button placket, delicately emphasizing its bohemian spirit.
Its straight cut, barely fitted, showcases the volume of the slightly puffed sleeves, while delicate crossed ruffles at the cuffs complete the refined finish.
At the back, a yoke highlights a subtle play of gathers, for a silhouette full of softness and movement.
Albane is available from size 34 to 52.

5. The Philippe trousers by Coralie Bijasson
Oh, how sad we are in the workshop that Coralie stopped making printed patterns, but how happy we are that she decided to continue selling her PDF patterns through our site!
It would have been such a shame not to be able to sew these lovely models anymore! Coralie is an exceptional designer and her models are always well designed. This is the case with the Philippe pants that we love to wear day and night (in pajama version). We make them in linen, tencel, viscose, and why not in flannel? This model has become a wardrobe essential for comfort, especially thanks to its elasticated waist.
Philippe is a fluid wide-leg pant, easy to make and wear, comfortable and essential in summer. It has no zipper for easier construction. The waist is elasticated, and the pants have side pockets. The pants are intentionally long to suit all body types.
Philippe is available from size 34 to 56 and we still have a few printed versions left! So let’s go for it!
Afterwards, Philippe will only be available in PDF version.

6. The Sanaz pants by Coralie Bijasson
And yes, another pair of pants by Coralie, I told you we really love these models!
The Sanaz pants were really one of your favorites last year, but they were also one of our favorites in the workshop! Marie, Céline, and I have sewn many versions and it’s not over because it’s really pants that are not only very elegant but also very comfortable.
With its pleats, you can hardly tell if it’s pants or a culotte skirt; you feel beautiful and comfortable all at the same time!
Sanaz is an elegant and feminine culotte skirt, offered in two lengths: midi or long. With its waist marked by a shaped belt and its western cut on the front, it combines modernity and originality. Its discreet Italian pockets add a practical and refined touch, while the invisible side zipper ensures a neat finish.
The charm of Sanaz lies in its extra-wide legs, structured by flat pleats that offer spectacular volume while preserving fluidity. This generous cut enhances movement and creates a silhouette that is both bold and airy.
Sanaz is no longer offered in printed version; you sold out! You can find it in PDF version here from size 34 to 56.

Salto is especially suitable this season, with its lovely strap cutouts that give this top all its charm. You can sew it in a solid color or in a two-tone version if you want to contrast the straps. Marie and Céline have also made many versions in Poplin, satin, Liberty, and Cotton Lawn. Salto is truly a perfect model for summer!

10. The Eudoxie blouse and dress by Coralie Bijasson
Back to Coralie with the Eudoxie blouse/dress
A super comfortable model with very interesting gathers at the chest and mid-back. I loved sewing it, and I really appreciated the originality of the yoke assembly. I always enjoy learning new assembly techniques when making a pattern, and with Coralie, I am never disappointed!
Eudoxie can be sewn as a top or a dress; I really think there is great potential to make a summer dress with this pattern, why not for going to the beach?

With its delicate lines and characteristic yoke on the front and back, it stands out with a subtle construction that naturally creates the sleeves — whether short or mid-length according to your wishes.
