It has now been a few years since we started reselling PDF patterns and paper patterns. We had several goals with this approach:
- to offer patterns to our students and customers from quality brands, with the guarantee of buying a pattern that you can use without any problems
- to distribute patterns from pattern makers who do good work and who sometimes struggle to make themselves known and maintain their independent businesses (and yes, it isn't easy to handle creation, communication, sales...) in a win-win approach.
- to promote, through our blog, shop and workshop, know-how and craftspeople from all over the world who deserve to be known (and sewn 😊).
Today, it's time to take stock because many of you in the workshop ask me: "Tell me, Eugénie...

So Gaetan and I had fun compiling your 20 favourite PDF patterns during 2025. This ranking is based on sales over the entire year 2025.

1. The Or Dare pouch by Sew La Jupe
The undisputed leading pattern is the Or Dare pouch! It can be used as a sewing pouch or make-up bag and it is super practical. It was designed to hold all the small tools useful for sewing, and its size lets you store scissors up to 23 cm long.
It has lots of storage compartments that can be adapted to your needs.
Finished pouch dimensions: 23 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm.
It makes me even happier to see this model doing so well because Eowyn, the creator of the Sew La Jupe brand, was my partner during my pattern-making training; so I am delighted by her success!On top of that, this pouch is also very popular in the workshop and quite a few of my students have made it.
I have prepared mine too, but I am struggling to find the time to sew it 😅, perhaps for an article in 2026?

2. The Julie blouse by Tosca Minni
After France, we head to Germany with the blouse pattern Julie by Tosca Minni!
Julie is your ticket to a sleeveless summer blouse full of lovely details.
This airy garment is specially designed for fluid woven fabrics and is easy to put on thanks to a long slit at the front. We really like the asymmetric collar design.
Julie is also available from size 34 to 54.
Tosca Minni offers a wide range of sewing patterns for women and children and is very well known in Germany. One point to note with Tosca Minni: there is more ease because these are German patterns; don't hesitate to size down if you are between sizes 😊
3. The Nordic snood and hood by Petits D'oms
Back to France with Domitille from the children's brand Petits D'oms, who offers us an adorable hooded snood for children from age 2 and adults with the Nordic model.
Nordic is a snood or hood pattern available from age 2 to 16.
The snood provides good coverage, comes quite low over the upper chest and can be pulled up to cover the mouth and nose. It can be sewn with or without a hood.
You can sew little bear ears onto the hood.
The opening can be tightened with a drawstring for maximum protection from the cold.
This hood, snood and neck-warmer balaclava pattern is ideal for winter and can be sewn for little ones as well as older children.
As usual, Domitille takes care of every detail and validates with her team of children all those little details that make the difference!
4. The Demi-Lune bag by Atelier Jumadi
We stay in France with Julia, a lively and prolific young pattern maker because yes, Julia offers us lots of really nice clothing and accessory patterns!
I have already sewn several of them and I really like her work.
Here we're going to talk about her Demi-Lune bag which is your new everyday ally: an ultra-modern rounded silhouette, the perfect size to take the essentials without being weighed down, a design made to suit all your looks and clever pockets to organise everything.
With its adjustable and detachable strap, it can be worn cross-body or over the shoulder, like a reworked belt bag, more elegant and more spacious.

5. The Crossbody bag by Laroze Pattern
You really do love bags — me too!
Léa offers us a crossbody bag pattern that is simple and effective, accessible even to sewing beginners.
6. The Camur jacket by Comme une fleur
A pattern that goes from size 32 to 60 — dreamy, right? Well, Fleur did it! The Camur jacket is a design you love and one we have already made in the workshop, notably with Roxane, who made us a magnificent embroidered version!
Camur is an unlined jacket. It has a slightly A-line shape that fits a little at the bust and flares towards the bottom, flattering the silhouette while being a little roomier around the tummy. This jacket has a large stand collar you can snuggle into, but you can also turn it down like a shirt collar or leave the collar off entirely. The sleeves are straight so as not to add too much volume.
You also have a choice of two pockets that give the jacket very different styles. The pockets: two square pockets for a classic, easy-to-wear jacket, or a "flower" pocket that is more decorative than practical, but more original. Buttonholes are not compulsory: you can use sew-on snaps on the inside and decorative buttons on the outside, and place them wherever you like. Seam allowances are included and the sewing level is intermediate.
7. The Moonshine belt bag by Dress Your Body
I'm happy to see Christine reach no. 7 in this ranking because she deserves it! Christine is a pattern maker who has been working for several years on lovely, well-thought-out, feminine designs... I have followed her work since the beginning and I really like what she does. I have sewn several of her patterns, and there are still more on my to-sew list 😂
The Moonshine belt bag is THE ultra-trendy XXL belt bag. So that everyone can enjoy it, it is available in 2 sizes, designed as an adult version (size XL) and a children's version (size L). But anything goes and you can choose whichever size suits you.
Ultra-trendy but also ultra-practical!
Oversized, it's the Mary Poppins bag in which you can carry everything, but it also has an inside pocket with a compartment so you can keep things organised!
8. The Zya trousers by Comme une fleur
Who would have thought a trouser pattern would make the top 10... not me! But it has to be said that Zya has everything going for it! Once again, Fleur has made us a beautifully thought-out pattern from size 32 to 60!
Zya is a palazzo-style trouser pattern that can also be made as shorts. At the front you have 3 pressed pleats on each side and slant pockets. At the back there is elastic in the waistband, which lets you skip the zip. The elastic is only at the back so it doesn't add volume at the front. You can then add belt loops and a long tie belt, but these remain optional. While the trouser hem is very basic, the shorts hem is turned up (with the right side of the fabric showing!).

9. The Lila top and dress by Atelier Mimito
We're off to the land of kangaroos to meet Laurie from Atelier Mimito.
The LILA dress and top (like a large part of the ATELIER MIMITO patterns) were developed so that your child can grow in their clothes and thus reduce excessive wardrobe replacement.
This pattern, together with its tutorial, lets you create a floaty dress or top fully finished with bias binding, with gathers all around the neckline for maximum ruffle effect.
Lila is available from 8 months to 12 years and comes with a video tutorial — easy, right?
10. The Iris dress by Clic Pattern
We stay in the sunshine, but head to Morocco with Hind and Chamae, who offer us super-comfortable dresses and kaftans in a wide size range since their patterns run from 30 to 58!
The IRIS dress combines elegance and practicality with its flattering V-neck, puff sleeves with refined volume and discreet pockets. Its fluid cut and maxi length offer incomparable comfort while flattering every silhouette. An essential for a sophisticated yet relaxed style.

11. The reversible Leo romper by Atelier Mimito
You definitely love sewing for little ones 😊 with Laurie's Atelier Mimito patterns.
Available from newborn to 36 months, the LEO pattern (like a large part of the ATELIER MIMITO range) was developed so that your child can grow in their clothes and thus reduce excessive wardrobe replacement — and that's great!
12. The Maki blouse by Studio Schnittreif
Back to Germany, but this time with Studio Schnittreif, which our Céline really enjoys sewing! Studio Schnittreif is very well known in Germany and widely sewn. They offer comfortable, practical designs for everyday life, but always with lovely details and finishes.
Relaxed, cool and simple — that's exactly what MADAME MAKI is all about.
This blouse has everything you want in an easy everyday piece: a relaxed cut, a delicate round neckline (beautifully finished with bias binding), wide sleeves in 7/8 or short length, and a longer back with a box pleat. Side slits give more freedom of movement and add even more style to MADAME MAKI. Another bonus: this blouse has no buttons and is very easy to pull on.

13. Baby and children's slippers by You Made My Day Patterns
How about a simple and effective pattern for little feet? This is the slipper pattern offered by Amaia from age 0 to 10. Amaia offers patterns for children and women, and several of them are also on my to-sew list 😂
14. The retractable pouch by ValMa Creas
Create a practical and elegant toiletry bag with this digital pattern. With coated fabric on the inside, this pouch is easy to maintain and clean. Its clever opening system lets it open completely so you can easily access all your products — a real time-saver for your beauty and care routines!
This pattern also includes instructions for making a retractable pencil case, often called a "pencil-pot case".
Perfect for travel or everyday use, this design is an essential to add to your sewing collection.
15. The Amazilia skirt by Instinct Couture
One pattern maker we really like at C'est du Joly is Fanny from Instinct Couture!
She offers us lovely feminine designs and we have already sewn many of them within the team.
Here, we're featuring the Amazilia skirt, a short, structured skirt inspired by the college-girl uniform, with darts and an A-line shape. This model features three flat pleats at the front and a tied drape. The variations let you personalise each version: complete with pleats and draping for a strong look, draping only for something softer, or simply pleated for a structured yet clean effect. For a minimalist style, Amazilia can also be made without pleats or draping, ideal for fabrics with plenty of character.
Amazilia is available from size 32 to 52.
16. The Zaho kaftan by Clic Pattern
Designed as one size, the Zaho kaftan was carefully designed to suit different tastes, offering a loose, modern cut that gives freedom of movement throughout the day. 17. The Vilma shirt / dress by Sewing Soon
I'm happy to see Virginia from Sewing Soon appear in 17th place because I really like her designs... the My Girl T-shirt is an essential in my wardrobe 😊
Virginia offers us modern, feminine patterns that remain comfortable, and I love that!
Let's talk about Vilma, available from size 34 to 50...
VILMA is a loose shirt or dress with dropped shoulders and a classic collar with collar stand. Its fluid, airy cut gives complete freedom of movement. With its "casual chic" style, patch pockets and classic collar give it discreet but original character. The long sleeves are finished with folded pleats and separate cuffs. VILMA closes at the front with a button placket.
The VILMA shirt dress comes in two VERSIONS:
- VERSION A: asymmetric, with yoke and pleats at the front and back
- VERSION B: clean and simple, to be belted or worn loose
You can sew VILMA as a blouse or dress, with long or short sleeves, making it a lasting pattern to sew in summer as well as winter.

18. The Willow sleeveless jacket by Laroze Pattern
A second Laroze Pattern design features in this top 20: the Willow sleeveless vest.
This sewing pattern for a sleeveless vest is a basic for cooler days. With a textured fabric exterior and a lined interior, it is perfect for layering over any outfit. Whether you are in town or out in nature, this sleeveless sherpa vest will be an essential ally for staying both stylish and comfortable.
19. The Kamelia kimono blouse by Modulab
The Kamelia Kimono Blouse is a loose-fitting model with a slightly A-line cut. Inspired by Japanese tradition, this clean, timeless design will suit every style. Its V-neckline is ideal for beginners because it is easy to make, while the shawl collar will appeal to more experienced sewists.
