Pilar Jacket from Maison Fauve - size 34 to 52 (French and English)

PILAR, is the jacket we dreamed of at Maison Fauve: a nice straight cut, neither too wide nor too short, with topstitched finishes. But we are incorrigible and could not do without signature details for this beautiful pattern: a work of stitched darts on the front of the jacket and the option to sew a pretty back with an inverted pleat to twist the iconic denim piece or a back without a pleat.

The Pattern Pilar is graded from size 34 to 52.

Sewing level : intermediate, the technical points are the collar assembly, making the pleat, the precision of the stitched darts on the right side of the garment, and the topstitching.

SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED (1 CM).

Supplies

- Fabric for a width of 140 cm :
From size 34 to 38 : 150 cm
From size 40 to 44 : 165 cm
From size 46 to 48 : 180 cm
From size 50 to 52 : 190 cm
- 11 buttons from 15 to 20 mm (you can choose buttons like those on a "real" denim jacket but also covered buttons, buttons with holes, etc.)
- If you use a fabric other than denim, lighter or softer, apply fusible interfacing on 1 of the collar pieces, the facing, the flaps, half of the cuffs, and the waistband 

A denim fabric of course, but also a medium-weight woollen cloth, a beautiful jacquard, gabardine, around 350 g/m2.
