Milliner needles are extra-long needles with a sharp point.
These needles are ideal for hand sewing thick fabrics. Because they are longer than a standard needle, you can make larger stitches with them. Tulip hatmaking needles are available in two different ranges with 6 needles:
Fine range:
- 2 x No. 8 (0.61 mm wide and 45 mm long)
- 2 x No. 9 (0.56 mm wide and 42.4 mm long)
- 2 x No. 10 (0.46 mm wide and 40.5 mm long)
