Komachi Japanese poplin - raspberry geisha by Kobayashi (price per 10cm)

Splendid 100% cotton fabric from the Japanese brand Kobayashi.
This design is a reprint of a design that was wildly popular in Japan!
I even made a dress in that pattern myself back then!
The poplin is woven with a light dotted/dobby weave and includes a cheerful geisha band.
It is a fabric on which a procession of geishas is printed on one side of the selvedge (repeat every 60cm)
On the other side of the border there are floral prints (also repeated every 60cm)
This fabric is perfect for skirts, dresses, blouses...
