This model is simply worn over a t-shirt, a shirt, or a sweater (in this case, take one size up).

A good basic to dress the whole family:

Keep the natural look with faux fur or a "sheepskin" fabric,
or prefer its soft comfort with a fleece material, such as sweatshirt fabric or
quilted fabric…
