PDF - digital pattern Isla Dress - Gold and sky from 32 to 50 (fr/eng)

The Isla dress is a long backless dress with a long thin strap that can be tied in several ways. This bohemian summer dress features 2 flounces that create a fluid and voluminous silhouette. The neckline has a sliding tie and allows you to wear the dress higher or lower, loose or tight, pretty much as you wish ♥

This pattern is bilingual ENGLISH/FRENCH and contains metric and imperial units.

My patterns are designed to be very easy and enjoyable to follow and come with beautiful step-by-step illustrated instructions (+ tips, glossary, etc). This pattern has been TESTED by a group of sewists of different levels and sizes :)

You will learn to make and sew bias binding, straps, and gathers.

This is a sewing pattern for CONFIRMED BEGINNERS that contains instructions adapted for beginners. It is available in sizes 32 to 50 and  in 3 lengths: small, standard, and tall. It is also available in 3 different versions: Maxi length, Mini length with flounced hem, and Mini length without flounced hem).

Pattern details:

• High square neckline with a sliding tie to knot
• Armholes finished with an invisible bias binding (you'll see it's easy!)
• Two gathered flounces (their measurements are given so you can draw them directly on your fabric if you wish)
• Backless with a rounded elastic opening
• Suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding

Recommended fabrics:

This pattern is designed for light to medium fabrics such as linen (up to 205 g/m²), cotton voile, double gauze, or viscose/rayon (any fabric that will gather  beautifully).
