The Billie T-shirt is the little essential basic of your wardrobe. With a very simple look, it also features small gathers at the top of the sleeve, cuffs at the wrists, and a hem wider than average, giving it the little twist that makes it unique.

Well fitted, it is worn quite short and is therefore ideal with high-waisted pants or a skirt .

  • Round neckline
  • Short or long sleeves
  • Gathers on the sleeve cap
  • Short and long sleeves finished with a fairly tall cuff
  • T-shirt hem finished with a band
  • Finishes in the same fabric as the t-shirt or “ribbing” for a sweater or sweatshirt look

SIZE:
The Billie t-shirt / sweater pattern ranges from size 34 to size 46.

Choose your usual size according to your measurements and the size chart.

If you are between two sizes, since the model is quite fitted, you can take the larger size and adjust it during fitting if necessary.

ADJUSTMENTS:
For this model, both the bust and hip measurements are important to consider.

If your bust measurement corresponds to one size and your hip measurement to another, it is very easy to adapt the pattern to your shape (this is explained in the assembly guide).

HEIGHT: The pattern is designed for a height of 1.65 m.

Remember to lengthen or shorten the Billie t-shirt as you wish. Cutting lines for this purpose are indicated on the pattern.

Supplies and yardages

Knit fabrics for t-shirts or lightweight sweater knits such as jersey, velvet jersey, terry cloth (…) with at least 30% elasticity.

Recommended yardage for 140cm wide fabric:

  • SHORT sleeve version (finishes in the same fabric as the t-shirt)
    Size 34 to 46: 130cm
  • LONG sleeve version (finishes in the same fabric as the t-shirt)
    Size 34 to 38: 140cm / Size 40 to 46: 160cm
  • SHORT sleeve version (ribbing finishes)
    Size 34 to 46: 85cm
  • LONG sleeve version (ribbing finishes)
    Size 34 to 46: 110cm

Other supplies:

  • Ribbing (if you do not use the same fabric as the t-shirt for the finishes)
    For ribbing 70cm wide
    Short sleeves: Size 34-42: 55cm / Size 44-46: 70cm
    Long sleeves: Size 34-46: 55cm
