I am Rainbow mini, a sweatshirt for children and I come in 50 versions with pockets and 20 versions without pockets. You can make me in 2 different lengths with 3 types of pockets to choose from
- classic,
- mid-thigh,
- below the knee,
- mid-calf.
I have 3 pockets to choose from:
- kangaroo,
- piped,
- in the seam.
You can choose to make me with or without zipper.
At the neckline, you can choose me with edge-to-edge hood, overlapped hood or a simple collar.
I can be finished with or without ribbing.

Pattern PDF:
All seam allowances are included.
The pattern pieces do not overlap. Once printed and assembled you simply cut the pattern to your size and you can start sewing.
The file includes the pattern in A4, US letter, A3 and A0 formats as well as two files to project. A step-by-step explanatory booklet with diagrams is also provided.
Pattern formats to download and print:
A4 / US letter – to print and assemble at home – 28 pages
A3 – to print at work (promise, we won’t tell) – 12 pages
A0 – large format file to be printed by a professional – 2 pages
Projection – one file on white background and one file on fuchsia background with a layer per size

RECOMMENDED FABRICS
Garment: sweatshirt, fleece, interlock, French terry …
Ribbing: ribbing by the meter or the same fabric as for the garment body. The teddy collar can only be sewn in ribbing.

Given the number of versions this pattern allows to make, it is impossible to list all the fabric lengths for all versions in all sizes. Above, we indicate the fabric lengths needed for the main version (A1). To calculate the fabric length needed for other versions, refer to step “4. Cutting the fabric” in the instructions.
