I am Rainbow a sweatshirt and I come in 70 versions with pockets and 26 versions without pockets.
First of all, I can be made in 4 different lengths:

• classic,
• mid-thigh,
• below the knee,
• mid-calf.

I have 3 pockets to choose from:

• kangaroo,
• piped,
• in the seam. 

You can choose to make me with or without a zipper.
At the neckline, you can choose me with edge-to-edge hood, overlapped hood, or a simple collar.
I can be finished with or without ribbing.

PDF Pattern:

All seam allowances are included.

The pattern pieces do not overlap. Once printed and assembled, you simply cut the pattern to your size and you can start sewing.

The file includes the pattern in A4, US letter, A3 and A0 formats as well as two files to project. A step-by-step explanatory booklet with diagrams is also provided.

Pattern formats to download and print:

A4 / US letter – to print and assemble at home – 35 pages

A3 – to print at work (promise, we won’t tell) – 15 pages

A0 – large format file to be printed by a professional – 2 pages

Projection – one file on white background and one file on fuchsia background with a layer per size

Special jersey needle

Zipped versions: 1 separable zipper 60cm

Hooded versions:

1 lace 120 cm long

2 eyelets (diameter to be defined according to the width of the lace)

Scrap of non-woven, non-stretch fusible interfacing

Piped pocket versions: fusible interfacing: 20 cm x 40 cm

Kangaroo pocket versions: thin cardboard for the template

RECOMMENDED FABRICS

Garment: sweatshirt, fleece, interlock, French terry …

Ribbing: ribbing by the meter or the same fabric as for the garment body. The teddy collar can only be sewn in ribbing.

Given the number of versions this pattern allows to make, it is impossible to list all the fabric lengths for all versions in all sizes. We indicate above the fabric length needed for the main version (A1). To calculate the fabric length needed for other versions, refer to step 4 (Cutting the fabric) in the instructions.
