PDF sewing pattern – Shorts Ema – Cha Coud – sizes 34 to 44 – FR/EN

Ema is a pair of high-waisted shorts, with 2 slant pockets at the hips and 2 darts at the back to fit neatly at the waist.

It fastens with a zip and a hook at the waistband.

This piece is ideal for autumn and early winter! You can also make spring versions in lighter fabrics.

Recommended fabrics

I made my shorts in an upholstery fabric, but they can also be made in wool fabric, jacquard, chambray or cotton, depending on your wishes and the season!

Fabrics

• 1 metre of fabric at 1.40 metres wide
• 25 cm by 1 metre of fabric for the pocket bottoms and pocket bags (lightweight cotton, poplin, satin…)

Supplies

• 1 zip measuring 15 cm
  
• 1 hook to fasten the shorts (approximately 2 cm)
