Parady is a shoulder bag to be worn crossbody, over the shoulder. Its classic shape and size make it an ideal companion for "everyday life," both at work and during leisure outings.

You can easily store the essentials for your daily activities inside: wallet, pair of glasses, mobile phone, book, small water bottle, snack… it also fits an A4 folder to carry documents or a tablet ;)

❥ Parady can be sewn in a solid version or in "patchwork" style, super practical for recycling fabric scraps 😉

❥ Parady features a full zip closure. The front and back are adorned with a secure zipped pocket. Inside, a compartmentalized pocket allows organizing small accessories: mobile phone, keys, cards, etc.

Sewing the Parady bag requires using a sewing machine capable of stitching through several layers of fabric.

To sew Parady you can use gabardine, cotton twill, velvet, woollen cloth, jacquard, basketweave, denim, coated fabric… Make sure to choose a fabric with good body, not too "soft" to achieve a good structure. You can line your bag with a fabric of finer density but fairly stiff, such as

percale, drill cotton, etc… However, you will need to interline the lining pieces to gain rigidity. This is a project that uses little fabric, so take advantage of reusing your fabric scraps!

Ideal weight of the main fabric: between 250 and 380 g/m²: to be adapted to the capabilities of your sewing machine 😉
