Necessary supplies
You will need for making the Lylou pants:
For sizes 34 - 42: 1.30 m of fabric
For sizes 44 - 50: 2.20 m of fabric
1 spool of 200 m thread
Making advice
For the Lylou pants, you will need a fabric with 30 - 40% elasticity, medium weight (up to 280 g/m2). If you choose a stretchier fabric, be sure to size down the pattern!
You can use cotton jersey, polyester, a ribbed knit, or a knitted fabric. You can also use sweatshirt materials but not too thick.
Choose your usual size for the Lylou pants; if your fabric is stretchier than recommended, I suggest sizing down!
I wear the pants in size 38 and my measurements are 90 - 70 - 94.
