PDF - digital pattern for pants, culotte skirt, and shorts Andromède by Laeti and Léa from size 34 to 52
With its wide legs, Andromède is a high-waisted model designed to be voluminous and comfortable thanks to its 3 Italian pleats and its elasticized waistband between the 2 back darts. It is closed by an invisible zipper on the left side. The originality of the model lies in its wide V waistband at the front and the optional button placket slit on the side of the legs.
You can choose between 3 lengths: palazzo pants, culotte skirt, or shorts.
You have the option to sew the waistband with or without belt loops and to add a tie belt.
Andromède will look just as good with sneakers for a casual urban look as with pretty sandals or pumps.

intermediate depending on the options chosen. The technical points are the installation of the invisible zipper and sewing the V waistband.

This pattern is designed for a height of 1.70 m.
The size range is from 34 to 52.
The most important measurements for this model are height and waist circumference. if you hesitate between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.

- Full-size pattern sheets in 2 formats (Plotter format A0 and booklet A4). Files contain layers: you can choose only the size(s) to print, with or without seam allowances. No cutting for A4 format: sheets are assembled edge to edge. Pieces without overlap.
- Patterns in projection format (white, yellow, magenta) + guide for using the projectable patterns
The PDF patterns are to be printed by yourself.
The Patterns are in French but a paragraph is dedicated to translations in the booklet.
Necessary materials
Fabric
Choose a fluid woven fabric, light to medium weight (80 to 150g/m2): viscose, tencel, linen, silk, crepe, linen-viscose, lightweight wool flannel.
Small haberdashery
- Some matching thread, needles suitable for your fabric.
- An invisible zipper 22 cm
- Flat elastic 4 cm (to adjust according to your measurements/preferences) – MC included

- Some fusible interfacing suitable for your fabric for the waistband and button placket.*
- Some buttons (buttoned version), diameter 15 to 18 mm maximum : Shorts : 4 / Culotte skirt : 10 to 14 / Pants : 14 to 18
- Possibly some anti-fray glue for buttonholes.
* Note : Type and thickness to choose depending on your fabric. A fabric interfaced with a woven fusible will keep its natural feel and drape but with more body. A fabric interfaced with a non-woven fusible will have a stiffer appearance.
