PDF - digital pattern for basic sweatpants by Juliana Martejevs - size XS-3XL (French/English/German)
"Anyone who wears sweatpants has lost control of their life." – Karl Lagerfeld
Since the pandemic and the introduction of teleworking into our daily lives, it has become clear that a trendy sweatpants is essential in every wardrobe. Important: it must be gray, made of fleece cotton, and ideally loose. This sporty and casual sweatpants is then absolutely trendy, even paired with sneakers, a t-shirt, and a blazer. The sweatpants pattern is characterized by a loose and slightly roomy fit, ankle cuffs, side pockets, and an elastic waistband, combining all the classic elements of sweatpants. The women's sweatpants pattern is very simple, even allowing beginners to sew their own sweatpants. The basic sweatpants pattern includes sizes XS to XXXL.
The history of jogging, or rather baggy pants, began nearly 100 years ago when Émile Camuset launched the first simple knitted jersey pants. In the 1970s, jogging production truly took off, driven by a great spirit of freedom. But it was only with American rap and hip-hop that jogging became a truly accepted everyday garment. So, grab your jogging pants!
To complete your jogging look, sew a sweatshirt in the same fabric as the jogging pattern. The Sally Sweater sweatshirt pattern, with its loose fit and flared sleeves, is perfect for that.
