INSTRUCTIONS AND PATTERN

Mini bucket bag in leather, with fabric lining, closed by a drawstring. Practical and compact, it will accompany you everywhere with elegance. Made from thin leather, it sews quickly with a standard sewing machine. We offer two versions with one type of handle each, so you can choose according to your preferences and what is available in specialty shops.

Materials

To make the Mini Grésil bag, you will need:

• 1 piece of leather 30 cm x 40 cm and 1 mm thick
• 1 piece of leather 15 cm x 20 cm and 1 mm thick
• 30 cm of fabric 90 cm wide for the lining (example: cotton fabric)
• 1 m of square leather lace
• 12 eyelets 5 mm in diameter
• 1 silver pencil special for marking on leather (optional)
• neoprene glue
• a home sewing machine with a special leather needle
• a small hammer or mallet to flatten the seam allowances

For version A:

• 1 m of leather strap 1.5 cm wide
• 2 rectangular metal rings for 1.5 cm wide strap
• 4 Chicago screws, inner thickness of leather once screwed: 5 mm

For version B:

• 1 m of braided leather strap 5 mm wide
• 2 collar buttons with ring, thickness of leather once screwed: 5 mm
