PDF - Digital Pattern for the Jodie Jacket from the Atelier des premières - size 34 to 50 (Fr)
Jodie is a sleeveless jacket fully lined, with a stand collar and hidden button placket; it has patch pockets and the hem finishes are slightly rounded. It falls at the level of the hips for a stature of 1.68m.
Pair it with a long-sleeve shirt, loose jeans, and heeled ankle boots, to sew in a patterned wool fabric for a statement piece!
Sew it in a lightweight wool fabric with structure so you can wear it over your sweaters and under your coats :)
You will receive immediately after your order, a zip file containing the booklet in PDF format, the pattern sheet in A4 format, and the full-size pattern (width of an A0, length X) with size management by layers for both formats.
Necessary supplies
IN A WIDTH OF 1.40M
For all sizes: 1.6m of fabric
For the lining: from size 34 to 42: 60 cm and from 44 to 50: 85 cm
1 spool of thread
1.5m of fusible interfacing
4 buttons of 20-22 mm
Favor a fabric with structure for the Jodie jacket: a wool fabric, denim, quilted fabric, or a cotton gabardine will be suitable for this project. For the lining, opt for a cotton or viscose satin.
I advise you to choose your usual size for the Jodie jacket.
If you are between two sizes, I recommend sizing down because the jacket is slightly oversized. Make a toile beforehand to ensure the garment's drape!
I am wearing the jacket in size 38. I am 1.68m tall and my measurements are: 90-72-100.
