Size: 34 to 48

Recommended materials

You can make your dress in taffeta, gabardine, broderie anglaise, and other fabrics with a nice drape to help the scallops hold their shape; if you want to use cotton, chambray, or other softer materials, don't hesitate to fuse the facings of your scallops so they hold their shape.

Fabrics

  • 1.80 meters of fabric with a width of 1.40 meters for a short version from size 34 to 40 (for larger sizes, plan 2 meters with a width of 1.40 meters or 2.30/2.50 meters for a long version)
  • Fusible interfacing for your facings if your fabric is thin

Supplies

  • Invisible zipper of 40 cm (or 50 cm for sizes 40 and up)
