I am the Crystal dungaree dress, a classic revisited to become a modern garment, which can be sewn in three different ways. I keep the details that define this classic: a loose fit, a front and back bib, adjustable straps, a large compartmentalized chest pocket, buttoned openings on the sides, two front welt pockets, and contrasting topstitching.
I keep my essential details on the top of the garment, while changing the look according to the chosen skirt:
Garment: medium warp and weft fabrics: denim, cotton canvas, gabardine, corduroy, cotton twill, etc…
Pocket lining : poplin or cotton batiste
Version C : soft transparent fabrics such as tulle or
muslin
If the main fabric is thick, use a thinner fabric for the back bib lining, the back and front waistband facings, as well as to line the straps.
