The Nico dress is a lovely wrap dress, feminine and full of charm. Its raglan sleeves enhanced with a shoulder yoke give it an original and refined finish.

Its neckline, not too deep, makes it the perfect dress for the season.

It can be made with long sleeves or three-quarter sleeves.

SIZES : Pattern sheet ranging from size 34 to 46, corresponding to a bust measurement from 81 to 108 cm.

FABRIC: You can make the Nico dress in many different fabrics. It will be perfect in viscose, tencel, linen, cotton, silk …. The key is to avoid fabrics that are too thick, which would not suit the yoke and gathers on the shoulder.

DIFFICULTY : Experienced level. While making the Nico dress is not necessarily very difficult, it requires work and that is why it is placed among the patterns requiring an experienced sewing level.

DETAILS:

  • Wrap dress with long sleeves or three-quarter sleeves
  • Shoulder yoke
  • Bust dart present in the front gathers
  • Neckline finished with a facing
  • Bishop-style sleeves finished with a cuff

Recommended fabric length for 140cm wide fabric:

  • Long sleeve version: 230cm for sizes 34 and 38 / 250cm for sizes 40 and 42 / 280cm for sizes 44 and 46
  • Three-quarter sleeve version: 230cm for sizes 34 and 38 / 250cm for sizes 40 and 42 / 270cm for sizes 44 and 46
