The Léa dress is characterized by side seams above the waist. It is a close-fitting dress, to sew in a stretch fabric.

6 variations are included in the pattern: sleeveless, short or long sleeves, dress length short or mid-calf.

In its long sleeveless version, I see it well in a shimmering color, to wear with flat sandals; perfect for summer!

Choose a glittery knit to make it an evening dress.

Finally, use a fabric with large ribs to make a comfortable dress, to wear at home, under a blanket for a cozy Sunday, or pair with sneakers and a blazer for a casual yet chic outfit!

You will immediately receive after your order a zip file containing the booklet in PDF format, the pattern sheet in A4 and A0 format, as well as a guide to print only your size in A4 format.

You will need for making the Léa dress:

IN A WIDTH OF 1.40 M:

For sizes 34 - 50, short sleeveless version: 1 m of fabric

For sizes 34 - 50, long sleeveless version: 1.35 m of fabric

For sizes 34 - 50, short version with short sleeves: 1.30 m of fabric

For sizes 34 - 50, short version with long sleeves: 1.65 m of fabric

For sizes 34 - 50, long version with short sleeves: 1.65 m of fabric

For sizes 34 - 50, long version with long sleeves: 2 m of fabric

1 spool of 200 m thread

Making advice

For the Léa dress, you will need a fabric with 40 - 50% elasticity, light to medium weight (up to 250 g/m2). If you choose a more elastic fabric, be sure to size down the pattern! Also, make sure your fabric returns to its original size when stretched (that it is not stretched out).

You can use cotton jersey, polyester, ribbed knit, or knitted fabric. I advise avoiding sweatshirt-type materials.

Choose your usual size for the Léa dress; if your fabric is stretchier than recommended, I suggest sizing down!

I am wearing the dress in size 38 and my measurements are 90 - 70 - 94.

I recommend making a toile to check the position of the side seams!
