I made my dress in faux leather, the assembly guide is explained for a material that does not require edge finishing (overlock, zig-zag, hem…). You can use a material similar to mine like scuba for example. Or you can choose a completely different material like crepe, tencel, poplin, woolen fabric… You will just need to adapt the assembly steps to your material.
