Julia is a trapeze dress with American armholes, a straight neckline, and thin straps. It comes in short, long, and large ruffle versions, so you can play with textures if you wish.

In the short version, sew it in gingham cotton, to wear with flat sandals and a wicker basket to fully play the picnic card!

In its long version, choose a floral tencel for an airy dress that stands on its own.

Finally, in its ruffle version, mix materials and go for a combo of viscose crepe and mousseline for a dress full of transparency!

Short dress version: 1.90m of fabric

Long dress version: 2.80m of fabric

Dress version with ruffle: 2.80m of fabric

if you want to use a different fabric for the dress body and the ruffle:

1.35m of fabric for the dress body

1.55m of fabric for the ruffle

1 spool of thread

Many fabrics can suit the Julia dress: linen, linen viscose, linen cotton, ramie, viscose crepe, tencel, cotton poplin, seersucker, cotton...

You can also opt for a crepe/mousseline ruffle combination for a fully feminine dress! However, if you are a beginner, know that mousseline is a fabric to handle with care.

Choose your usual size for the Julia dress. Make a toile beforehand to ensure the garment's drape!

I wear both versions in size 38.

I am 1.68m tall.

My measurements are 90-72-100.
