Vakita is the summer model to sew in knit fabric, offering style and comfort. Its asymmetrical cut is designed to remain compatible with wearing a bra, thanks to its added strap. The charm of Vakita also lies in its pleated shoulder. The upper bust is lined down to below the chest to ensure beautiful finishes. This model offers you a wide choice of styles: crop, top, fitted dress, or skater dress.

💡 By sewing Vakita, you will learn to:

🧷 Sew a lined tank top

 

Vakita must be sewn in a knit fabric with at least 40% elasticity. You can choose cotton jersey or ribbed or textured knits. Fabrics with structure, like Milano or Verona, are suitable for sewing Vakita (provided they have the necessary elasticity, otherwise you need to size up).

Dress
From size 32 to 42:

From size 44 to 52 :
    –  150 cm of fabric (140 cm wide)
Skater version, add:
    –  60 cm of fabric (140 cm wide)

Necessary haberdashery   
In addition to the fabric, you will need:
    –  300 cm of lastin
    –  matching thread
