The Julie skirt is a high-waisted skirt with a slit, with a button placket at the front or an invisible zipper at the back. The Julie skirt is also available in short or long versions. The slit adds that little sexy touch to this timeless model!
In a short and autumnal version, you can very well make the Julie skirt in cotton tweed, wool fabric, suede or corduroy, to wear with or without tights depending on the chill. 
For this spring, you can sew it in denim or cotton gabardine, paired with sneakers and a fluid trench coat!

For the long version, choose a fluid fabric with patterns, paired with black boots and a leather biker jacket for autumn, and sandals and a slightly loose t-shirt in summer!

 With its eight variations, Julie can accompany you all year round!

Recommended fabrics
For a short version, I recommend a fabric with structure, like cotton tweed, denim, gabardine, wool fabric... And for a long version, a fluid fabric like a crepe viscose, cotton plumetis, a viscose.
Choose a lining lighter than your main fabric!
The model is very fitted at the hips, do not hesitate to choose a fabric with a bit of stretch. The modifications to make according to your body shape are explained in the booklet.
