PDF - digital pattern of the skirt Frida by Juliana Martejevs - size XS-3XL (French/English/German)
Originally, the idea of the hippies in the 1960s was to transform their old jeans into long recycled denim skirts. Ten years later, the denim skirt entered mainstream fashion and has not lost any of its popularity. Today, denim skirts come in all shapes and sizes, with the Frida skirt inspired by classic denim elements. This model features a traditional zip fly in denim with a metal button, visible seams, side pockets, rectangular patch pockets on the back, and, cherry on top: a high slit in the side seam, which can be deeper if needed. Tip: Do you prefer recycling to new fabrics? You can sew the denim skirt from old jeans by cutting pieces of denim and patching them to create a "new" fabric. You will then use this fabric for the Frida skirt pattern. This way, you will create a unique and sustainable garment! The Frida skirt pattern is available in sizes XS to XXXL.
