The Roslyn pattern is adorned with small delicate pleats of different heights. This choice gives a certain dynamism to the model.
Its small round collar and removable lavallière bring a softness that balances the strictness of the pleats.
Gathers are placed under the front pleats as well as on the back and sleeves, providing some flexibility and giving a feeling of lightness to the model.
A little bonus, the pattern also offers a classic (pointed) collar!
A Well-Thought-Out Pattern
To facilitate sewing this model, the pleats are made on a fabric cut in a rectangle which is then reshaped!
