🍉 To be made in stretch fabrics such as jersey or shaping tulle. Its support ranges from Light to Medium, it encloses the chest and allows comfort for moderate physical activity. It is ideal for a Yoga session, but don’t go running a marathon with it! 😉

NB : The model we offer has been designed and developed for sports activity with moderate chest effort. For intense sports practice, we recommend trying bras in sports stores, made with specific materials. Poor chest support during physical activities could eventually be harmful to your body.

MATERIALS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS MODEL
Stretch fabric in both directions such as: jersey, microfiber, tulle
XS to L : 50 cm
XL to 2XL : 70 cm
3 m of pre-folded elastic
1 m of elastic band with a soft side
Recommended from XL to 2XL: 20 cm of shaping stretch tulle for the “moon” yoke.
A clasp the width of the elastic band.
