A very romantic inspiration for this pretty blouse with its gathered ruffle at the back and front and its small standing collar.
Gathering again at the bottom of the 3/4 sleeves… yes, I really do like gathers!
Depending on your fabric and its pattern, the front and back yokes can be cut either along the straight grain or on the bias, which will give a different visual effect. In any case, for checks, I strongly recommend cutting on the bias as it will make matching easier 😉 and add a nice effect.
Otherwise, the blouse has a fairly straight cut, making it comfortable to wear, with jeans or “bell-bottom” corduroy trousers, for example, for a more vintage look.
SIZES: pattern sheet ranging from size 34 to 46, corresponding to a bust measurement from 81 to 108 cm.
FABRIC: Any type of fabric but not too thick to avoid too much volume with the gathered band: cotton fabric, viscose, silk…

I have classified the pattern in the “advanced seamstresses” category because with the collar, the button placket, and the sleeves, there is still a bit of work but absolutely nothing insurmountable. And it’s worth it, don’t you think?!
