Obélie is a pattern for a girl’s blouse available from 2 to 16 years old.

A yoke and gathers enliven the front. These will be well highlighted with a flowing fabric with a rather heavy drape such as viscose. The yoke can be embroidered, edged with lace, or made from another fabric. Let your imagination run free to create a personalized and unique garment.

The front neckline is original with its “rounded square” shape.

A slit at the back allows the head to pass through (it can be optional for the larger sizes) and is closed with a tie or a button.

The long sleeves flare out at the bottom and are gathered at the wrists with an elastic for a pretty puffed shape.

The pattern also offers gathered cap sleeves, whose edge can be adorned with a decorative braid (lace or tiny pom-poms for example). Obélie can therefore be worn all year round.

This pattern for a girl’s blouse is not difficult to make and sews up quickly.
