Venice is a straight blouse, with a very pretty neckline that brings THE elegant touch to the design, featuring puffed sleeves as well as a bias facing finish at the neckline. It is perfect for everyday wear. It is available from size 34 to 46. This is therefore a beginner to intermediate level pattern. For my part, I decided to make it in an eyelet fabric adorned with a braid for a little romantic touch.

You will learn to: Sew a clean finish bias tape overlapping a facing; Attach a braid as well as a facing; Make gathers; Make buttonholes.

Required materials:

  • 1.60 m of fabric (eyelet, cotton, viscose...)
  • 1.80 m of braid
  • 5 buttons up to 15 mm
  • 30 cm of interfacing
  • *1 m of bias tape if you do not cut it from your fabric.
