In the BG family, here is The Casual!

It is a sweatshirt that will become a staple in Mister's wardrobe. Whether your BG is sporty or simply a comfort lover, both versions of this model will charm him.

Version "A" is a round-neck sweater, rather fitted but still comfortable at the waist.

Version "B" is a hooded sweatshirt with a front pocket, ideal for a trendy and urban style.

A zipped version is also offered.

Both are to be worn for a casual outfit at home or even under a jacket for a contemporary look. You will choose a fairly thick jersey knit for a soft appearance.

With or without pattern, the only rule: have fun!

Recommended fabrics

Jersey sweat, minky, velour knit, fleece.

The chosen fabric must have at least 30% stretch across the grain (perpendicular to the selvage). A 10 cm sample must be able to stretch beyond 13 cm.
Supplies to plan for

– 1.70 m of fabric with a width of 140 cm (or 2.20 m with a width of 110 cm).
Of course, you will need to take pattern matching into account if your fabric has patterns, in order to establish some symmetry.
– 10 cm of medium fusible interfacing.
– 2 eyelets
– 1.40 m of cord
– a jersey machine needle and a twin needle
