Adèle is that sweatshirt you dream of grabbing from the back of the closet… the one you slip into with pleasure, comfortably. But here, nothing is left to chance: a carefully controlled oversized cut that does not overwhelm the figure, sleeves at the perfect length.

Sewing level : INTERMEDIATE
The technical stitches are: making the button placket, the kangaroo pocket, assembling the cuffs with an opening, the lined hood, and sewing the knit fabric.

SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED (1 CM).

Supplies

For knit fabric with a width of 140 cm:

• 34-38: 180 cm

• 40-44: 200 cm

• 46-48: 220 cm

• 50-52: 250 cm

Other supplies:

• 45 cm of ribbing 110 cm wide

• 4 buttons about 15 mm (or snap fasteners if you prefer)

• 80 cm of cotton tape (40 mm wide) for finishing the neckline

• (Option) 60 cm of cotton voile to make your own tape by cutting an 80x4 cm strip on the bias.

Choice of fabrics : fabrics for sweatshirts such as jersey, french terry, sweater knit, as well as ribbing.
