Ex Libris is a comfortable, straight-cut overshirt with long sleeves, a collar and cuffs. Rounded pockets and a curved hem add a retro touch. Wear it over a top or fine sweater; the design is unlined.
Paper sewing pattern in an envelope, with a full-size pattern sheet and illustrated French and English instructions. French sizes 34 to 52, designed for a height of 165 cm. Intermediate level. Includes 1 cm seam allowances; the pattern pieces do not overlap.
Choose medium-weight fabric (200–350 g/m²): gabardine, denim, jacquard, heavier flannel, dupion or faux suede, depending on the desired finish.
Supplies
Fabric 140 cm wide: 190 cm for sizes 34–44; 220 cm for sizes 46–52. Also allow 7 buttons approximately 15 mm in diameter, 40 cm of pocket lining and 80 cm of fusible interfacing.
