Haberdashery :
4 cm wide elastic :
80 cm for sizes 32 to 40
1 m for sizes 42 to 50

Drawstring / cord: 1.40 m to 2 m
If you want to make it in the same fabric, cut a strip 4 cm wide and 1.40 m to 2 m long
(to adjust according to your waist measurement).
