With its wide legs, Andromède is a high-waisted model designed to be voluminous and comfortable thanks to its 3 Italian pleats and its elasticized waistband between the 2 back darts. It is closed by an invisible zipper on the left side. The originality of the model lies in its wide V waistband at the front and the optional button placket slit on the side of the legs.
You can choose between 3 lengths: palazzo pants, culotte skirt, or shorts.
You have the option to sew the waistband with or without belt loops and to add a tie belt.
Andromède will look just as good with sneakers for a casual urban look as with pretty sandals or pumps.

intermediate depending on the options chosen. The technical points are the installation of the invisible zipper and sewing the V waistband.

This pattern is designed for a height of 1.70 m.
The size range is from 34 to 52.
The most important measurements for this model are height and waist circumference. if you hesitate between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.

Fabric
Choose a fluid woven fabric, light to medium weight (80 to 150g/m2): viscose, tencel, linen, silk, crepe, linen-viscose, lightweight wool flannel.

- Some matching thread, needles suitable for your fabric.

- Some buttons (buttoned version), diameter 15 to 18 mm maximum : Shorts : 4 / Culotte skirt : 10 to 14 / Pants : 14 to 18
- Possibly some anti-fray glue for buttonholes.
* Note : Type and thickness to choose depending on your fabric. A fabric interfaced with a woven fusible will keep its natural feel and drape but with more body. A fabric interfaced with a non-woven fusible will have a stiffer appearance.
