Pattern printed of the Youpi bodysuit by Petits D'om from birth to 3 years (Fr)

Youpi is a baby bodysuit pattern made from jersey and available from newborn to 3 years old.

Two versions are offered: a wrap-style version with a front in two parts that cross over and button onto each other, and a version with an American neckline that slips on over the head.

The wrap-style version, whose dressing is especially suited for newborns, is available from birth to 6 months.

The bodysuit with American neckline, which slips on over the head, is available from 3 months to 3 years.

Each version can be sewn with short or long sleeves.

Two finishes are offered for the edges of the bodysuit: with a bias binding folded over or with an applied band.

This baby bodysuit pattern is quick to make; the only challenge is attaching the finishing bias bindings. The very detailed instructions and advice will help you succeed in this step. It can be sewn with a sewing machine or an overlocker.

– Ribbing or jersey for finishing bands: 20 cm on 70 cm width
– Snap fasteners diameter 0.8 cm: 3 for the American neckline version, 6 for the wrap-style version newborn and 1 month, 7 for the wrap-style version 3 and 6 months
– For the wrap-style version: 5 cm of twill tape 1.5 cm wide and a scrap of fusible interfacing
