Classic with a TWIST… Our new dress fully embodies the Natural High spirit. The line is clean, ultra flattering, with THE detail that isn’t one: a clever drape that blurs the belly and defines the waist without constricting it through a clever play of pleats and outstanding cutting work.

The pattern offers 4 variations : sleeveless or with small sleeves, it is available in 2 lengths: below or above the knee. The boat neckline reveals the collarbones without preventing the wearing of a bra regardless of the sleeve finish chosen.

Stunning in solid fabric, the particular construction of the dress will also highlight prints that will come to… Twist!

Sewing level : INTERMEDIATE, the technical points are making the pleats, inset sewing, assembling a neckline facing and inserting a side invisible zipper.

Supplies

• From fabric for a width of 140 cm:

  • Long dress: 34-42: 150 cm, 44-48: 180 cm, 50-52: 200 cm

  • Short dress: 34-42: 135 cm, 44-48: 150 cm, 50-52: 180 cm

• A 40 cm invisible zipper

• 20 cm of fusible interfacing or 60 cm for the sleeveless version

Fabric choice : A lightweight to medium weight fabric (100 to 200 g/m2), soft, with a beautiful drape like poplin, crepe, fine jacquard, twill, dupion, viscose, cotton, linen, tencel or silk. LThe cut and pleats will be highlighted by soft fabrics. 
The pattern is developed for woven fabrics only, it is not designed to be sewn with knit fabrics.
