Fabric advice / Warp and weft: Scarlett adapts to all fabrics. It all depends on the look you want to achieve. You can use thick fabrics like leather, denim, velvet, or wool flannel. But also lighter fabrics like a small cotton fabric.

Depending on the fabric chosen, you can install the zip at the back one way or another, this is well explained in our detailed booklet.

Sewing ideas: You don’t like the large metal zip at the back, no worries! Scarlett has a 1cm seam allowance all along the back seam, so you can put a shorter zip or even an invisible zip. Adapt Scarlett to all your desires.
