Want to add a trendy and practical piece to your wardrobe?
Then why not make a lovely lined and zipped bag with us? This bag is super practical as it includes pockets and space to find everything in no time!

Together we will learn how to:

  • correctly cut out Pattern pieces
  • sew a zipper and assemble continuous zipper tape
  • sew pockets and compartments
  • insert the lining
  • create neat straps
  • attach slide buckles

The prerequisites for this course are knowing how to use a sewing machine, having already sewn a few projects (thicknesses, zippers...), and having already used a Pattern. (intermediate level)
People who have taken the "I sew my first garment" course or other intermediate-level workshops are most welcome to this themed workshop.
English speakers are welcome! Teenagers are also welcome to join this course.
If you have any doubts about your level, please feel free to contact me beforehand.

You will receive the Pattern in PDF format one week before the workshop. You will need to prepare your Pattern at home (don't worry, it's easy 😀) to start the workshop right away.
We invite anyone who does not have supplies to make their bag to arrive at the shop 20 minutes before the course, so you have everything you need to start the course smoothly.

The group consists of a maximum of 6 students.

The course includes:

  • 1 X 2h30 cutting out the Pattern and starting to sew (inserting zipper and pockets)
  • 1 X 2h30 sewing the project and finishing techniques
  • the bag Pattern in PDF format sent directly by email
  • Use of sewing machines and overlockers (depending on your level)
  • Provision of basic equipment: scissors, pins, black or white overlocker thread…
  • Smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
  • Unlimited complimentary drinks

Not included: bag fabric and hardware
For the first course, you must bring washed and ironed fabric. Feel free to contact me or stop by the shop during the week prior to the course to check the required yardage.
