In this 3-hour workshop, we will create technical samples to learn the best methods to sew:
- welt pockets
- inset pockets

We will cover the following points:

  • making and placing welts
  • making and placing welt pockets
  • making and placing inset pockets
  • tips and tricks to make them sturdy and attractive

You will leave with your samples to guide you in your future projects.

Prerequisite: from intermediate level
This workshop is suitable for sewing learners as well as more experienced people who want to expand their knowledge and achieve beautiful finishes.

The course includes:

  • 1 x 3 hours of sewing accompanied by an experienced teacher
  • sewing on quality Janome Sewist 780 electronic machines
  • provision of basic materials: scissors, pins, thread…
  • materials needed for making the technical projects (bias tape, fabrics, and threads)
  • smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
  • Unlimited drinks
