We offer you a technical course on patch pockets and inseam pockets so that they are placed with care and style!
Do you want to add patch pockets to pants, jackets, shepherd vests?
Do you want to insert pockets into dress seams or add them to existing patterns where pockets are missing?

In this 3-hour workshop, we will create technical samples to learn the best methods to sew:
- patch pockets
- inseam pockets

We will cover the following points:

  • making and placing the patch pocket
  • filling, hemming... for perfect finishing touches
  • tips and tricks to make them durable (tear-resistant)
  • making and placing the inseam pocket

You will leave with your samples to guide you in your future projects.

Prerequisite: from beginner level
This workshop is suitable for those learning to sew as well as more experienced individuals who want to expand their knowledge and achieve beautiful finishes.

The course includes:

  • 1 x 3-hour sewing session guided by an experienced instructor
  • sewing on quality Janome Sewist 780 electronic machines
  • provision of basic materials: scissors, pins, thread…
  • materials needed for the technical projects (bias tape, fabrics, and threads)
  • smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
  • Unlimited drinks
