Do you want to apply bias tape (neatly) in your projects without any hassle, even on curves and corners? Do you want to create your own bias tape to match your fabrics?
Do you want to be able to edge your tablecloths with bias tape and have nicely finished corners?
Then the technical course: All About Bias Tape Level 2 is made for you!

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will create technical samples to learn the best methods to sew and integrate:
- making your own bias tape (quick method)
- convex angle
- concave angle

We will cover the following points:

  • Making bias tape from cotton poplin
  • Using the bias tape maker
  • Techniques for sewing on angles

You will leave with your samples to guide you in your future projects.

Prerequisites: intermediate level or having participated in the Level 1 bias tape workshop.
This workshop is suitable for beginners learning to sew as well as more experienced sewers who want to expand their knowledge and achieve beautiful finishes.

The course includes:

  • 1 x 2.5 hours of guided sewing with an experienced instructor
  • Sewing on quality Janome Sewist 780 electronic machines
  • Provision of basic materials: scissors, pins, thread…
  • Materials needed for the technical projects (bias tape, fabrics, and threads)
  • Smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
  • Unlimited drinks
